Delete your account

This permanently deletes your Nonchalant account and everything tied to it on our servers — credits, past reads, and coach's notes. It cannot be undone. You can also do this inside the app (home screen → "delete account").

Before you delete:

  • A Google Play subscription cannot be moved to a new account after deletion — it keeps billing with nothing to restore, so cancel it in Google Play first.
  • Unused purchased (top-up) credits are forfeited — if you'd rather have them refunded, email support@staynonchalant.com before you delete or within 30 days after.
  • What is deleted, what little survives (like the one-way hashed anti-abuse signal and records that no longer identify you), and the backup-purge window are exactly as the Privacy Policy (§8–§9) describes.
